Van Loon Commmons is a new gated community in Cape Coral, Florida. Cape Coral is a rapidly growing community in SW Florida with a current population in excess of 128,000 people. Van Loon Commons is located in the approximate geographic center of the city and is located near a new shopping area with a large chain grocery store, variety retail stores and restaurants. A large hospital with associated medical and professional offices is only a few blocks away.
