Mint, the second tower of the Riverfront Community, where the Ivy is located.

Mint has been designed by the famous architect Luis Revuelta. Sporting floor-to-ceiling white glass. It’s the closest building to the river, sitting on the Southwest corner of the lot. Also, we are working on the design of a fantastic entertaining lobby that will beautifully combine soft earth elements such as metal, water, earth, wind and stone.

The lobby will have a second story mezzanine with a restaurant, a lounge bar and pool tables. The spa will have his and hers facilities as well as co-ed steam room and Jacuzzis! Mint will also offer volleyball sand courts, two sleek infinity edge pools on the 11th floor and fantastic views of the River as it flows out to Biscayne Bay.

Mint offers 12 different models which include one, two and three bedroom units, as well as penthouses and river front lofts. There are also commercial spaces available.
