Seawinds Realty Inc. Rebate Checklist

Use this checklist to help keep track of what you need to do to get your rebate on new homes or preconstruction condos.

	1.	Register	Register with us so we can help you.	on-line

	2.	Sign Transaction Agreement	Florida State Law requires that this Agreement between Buyer and Broker be in place. Fax to us at 1.888.520.7850	on-line & FAX

	3.	Print Rebate Certificate	You will need to take the Rebate Certificate to the Sales Agent at the community you have chosen.	on-line

	4.	Search For Home	Use our search capability to help you locate a community of new homes.	on-line

	5.	Receive Rebate
		Complete Rebate Certificate	Fill in the appropriate information on the Rebate Certificate.	manual
		Call Community	Give the Sales Staff your information and that you are represented by Seawinds Realty, Inc. Provide all the Seawinds Realty Inc. data as well. If for some reason the commuity will not register Seawinds as your Agent give us a call. We will work with the Builder to get you registered with Seawinds as your agent. 1.561.533.9797.	phone call
		Take Rebate Certificate to Builder On FIRST Visit	This is the only way to get your 2% rebate. Seawinds Realty must be recorded as your agent when you visit the commuity for the first time.	visit
		Get a copy of the Builder's Registration Form	This is to simply avoid any problems surrounding your right to a rebate.	visit
		Questions For Builder	Ask the Builder what the commission to real estate agents is so you are informed, be clear on the closing date, confirm whether or not there are any restrictions for investors (some builders require the owner to live there for a year).	visit
		Inform Seawinds Realty, Inc. of Intent To Purchase	By informing us of your intent to purchase we can better support you and be prepared to return the 2% cash rebate to you on closing. Tell us the Community Name and Phone number as well as the Salesperson and the Purchase Price.	FAX and/or phone
